All sales are final, and all wigs are shipped overnight. If ordered monday- thursday. PHOTO ID that matches the name on the card must be emailed to the following email (t.lola@thelolaeffect.com) wigs will not be shipped unless photo id received. If the wig does not fit and needs to be resized, and you HAVE NOT CUT THE LACE, please email t.lola@thelolaeffect with exact measurements so we can get the situation corrected and expedited. You will be required to mail the wig back in the same condition it was received.
